Plain terms for free tools
Last updated: October 6, 2026
1. What this service is
BrowserStay is a free collection of tools that run in your web browser. The service is provided as-is, without an account, at no cost.
You use the tools at your own discretion. We do not moderate, review, or store anything you do with them — by design, we have no way to.
2. No warranty
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Processing happens on your device, so results depend on your browser, your hardware, and your files. Always keep your own backups; we cannot recover anything, ever.
3. Your content stays yours
We claim no rights to your files or documents. They never leave your device, are never transmitted to us, and we could not access them if we wanted to.
Anything you save inside a tool (drafts, resumes, 2FA entries) lives exclusively in your own browser's storage and remains your property and your responsibility.
4. Acceptable use & availability
Don't use the service to break the law or to attack the site or its infrastructure (for example, automated abuse of the server endpoints).
The service is free and offered without guarantee of availability. We may change or discontinue tools at any time; since nothing is stored server-side, discontinuation loses nothing of yours that you haven't exported.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use this service.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law (including cases of intent or gross negligence), the applicable statutory rules take precedence. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
6. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date below changes with them. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
